yeah, once you can tune out the local jokes / references you ll find that the shows are very, very similar... similar characters and plots that don t stray far from one another...
both shows are pretty good in my book, but i have to give the nod to the original...
I think the UK version is far superior. Nexflix it, mang.
You'll notice, I didn't have anybody being Arab. I thought that would be too explosive, uh, no pun intended. But I just thought, "too soon" for Arabs, maybe next year. You know, the ball's in their court.
I hate this show so much that I have been watching every back episode all summer long waiting for the new season...

Word. The American one isn't as bad as I figured it would be, but the original is definitely better. More subtle and (if you can imagine it) way more awkward.
If by "The Suck" you mean the jokes aren't spoon-fed to you, then yeah, I guess it is.
I tried to watch the original but couldn't understand what they were saying through the accents. Which is why I like the american one. No need to bet butthurt over it.
