I get it, from a "theological" (made up bullsh!t) perspective. I just have trouble wrapping my head around it because I apparently have a little bit of this thing called empathy that boy raping clergy don't seem to have.

As soon as we're dealing with a population that accepts the premise of my first post, nothing surprises me.

But the taliban are the bad guys. Just don't forget that.

More and more sickened I am, on an almost daily basis, by the power misplaced in small minded individuals by many institutions, most prominently the church, and the abuses of this power by these peckerheads.

Seriously, I need to start a cult like the Catholic Church. I mean, think about it: you get to bribe people to do things, and it doesn't cost you ONE STINKIN' PENNY! If I want to bribe people to do things, I have to pay them, feed them, give them beer, etc. Imagine how cool it would be if you had the ability to bribe people with something that didn't cost you anything?

"Hey baby, if you have sex with me I'll grant you absolution for every sin you've ever committed, including that whole 'premarital sex' thing..."
