I just bought a Sprint/Sanyo Katana. Anyone have one, and how do you like it?

What are the pro's and cons I should look out for?

While I do own various swords I do not yet own any Japanese swords, which I need to rectify. The Japanese revered the sword, as every culture should.

You CANT GET a Japanese sword. Its illegal to remove one from the country. A legitimate katana though would be the sh!t!

I would settle for a sword made in the Japanese style using Japanese techniques. I had no idea it was illegal to remove one from Japan. Why is that?

I also want a nice pattern welded blade. Mmmm...

I have NO idea why that is. They however are priceless! You can get great and very intricate swords from Brazil though.
