Dancin' over rocks n' roots!
So, what are your likes/dislikes? I managed to ruin my rear tire on Friday-- long gravel driveway = a flat and upon further inspection a tear in my sidewall :dead: I am a Kenda supported rider so I get great discounts on tires and would like to go with them. So...thoughts?

Living the dream.
I've got no problems with the Nevegals I run. I prefer the Stick-e compound over the DTC and generally go through 2 rears for every 1 front over a year or so of riding. If you look at the weekly specials on their web site you can usually pick up some good deals on tires for $5-10 each, great for those of us who aren't sponsored.

We run the Kinetics for XC in Stick-E too, but I have never tried their road tires so this is a first :D

i got some Kenda road tires for 9 bucks each from the Kenda USA site - couldn't beat that price with a stick. I haven't gone for a ride on them yet though. See splat's red ones on his Raleigh for reference. Mine are blue ones.

My cousin rode Kenda road tires and they wore out really fast :(
:stupid: My first-ever set of road tires were Kenda's, and they lasted about 300 miles before developing a ridge beneath the outer tread(something in the casing I guess) and soon developing a hole where the tread was raised.

Pimpin' em out already eh? Nice!
Actually, Vred has a bunch of pretty cool tires, check out the Fortezza SE if you're looking for something more budget. Otherwise the Fortezza TriComps are pretty much the tire I run all the time. Good wear, great grip, and fast.
The tubies even more so...
