Politics *is* the problem, except that the Republicans hold the power in the house, senate, and white house, while the dems hold nothing. That's why I'm voting for the challengers, the dems. Honestly, we all really know what's going on. These are a bunch of rich guys doing exactly what big business and their other financial backers tell them to do. After all, why would anyone spend millions of dollars to get a job that pays 400 grand a year unless they are planning on taking it back in other ways. Hell, not even your vote for the pres counts. All you are voting for is the electorate... and they can vote for whoever they want.
If you really want to make a difference you would have to vote alot at the local level, and sadly, get involved by running for an office yourself. Anyway, I am getting off on a tangent here. Just my 2 cents.
