Actually the company I currently work for bid on this job to mod a United 757-222 for John Kerry. There really wasn't much to the mod. Pull out some first class seats and install some couches. Economy class remained unchanged.
I wonder why they didn't end up with a UAL airplane. The have several of them just sitting in the desert right now.....
