So I have another thread in the 29er forum, I have $1K to spend and my local shop can get a 2010 KHS SixFifty606 for me for $999 maybe even $899 (he is checking on exact pricing if he buys multiple closeouts) and am wondering, will I get a much better equipped ride for the $$$ in the SixFifty606? Also, does it have the Big Wheel feel of a 29er to it at all?
I have a 29er SS Haro Mary XC with a Manitou Minute that I really like....but the cockpit feels a bit cramped lately (no matter the adjustments I make) and I am getting some wheel bumping on toe overhang.
Any SixFifty606 user opinions that have ridden a 29er as well would be very helpful.
