dunno about that but i can sell you my kiddo's bell full face. worn 3-4 times. he wore it when he was around 10-11...can check size when i get home.

A while back when I was looking for helmets for my kid (he was I think 5 at the time), I got sick of the limited options for kids, so just got him an adult XS Fox Proframe. He's got a giant noggin like me, so it fit well with the thicker pads.

my son is already out of kids sizes. the bell that @jstuhlman mentioned is a medium, which is the correct size for my guy.
