Basically, wider flanges...

Slightly narrower flanges on the Cross shells:

Front's more noticeable than the rear....

Flanges on the front are substantially wider:

Substantially wider on the NDS rear:

Let's see....

Flange diameter, F and R, DS and NDS - 53mm

Center to Flange -
Fr L and R - 34.3
Rr L - 37.3
Rr R - 17.2

Seems like these would also make a fairly badass XC hub for those that realize that V-brakes really aren't dead. I'll be building them up to some 38mm deep carbon tubulars.
