Rode in the park tonight and just wanted to do some few quick laps but on the fourth lap I my right calf muscle starting giving cramp signals. So I slowed down and after a while it felt fine again. Then I get more and more speed back in the bike and start riding fast together with two other guys and finish strong with a good climb and a sprint. Get half way up the stairs to the apartment and all hell breaks loos cramping in both legs with the bike in one hand and in bike shoes. Slide screaming down on the floor but luckily the wife hears me and runs out the help stretch the legs which is not easy as I am not speaking in the most clear voice in between my screaming. Ohh what a sorry sight I must have been :rofl:

Other than potassium (which bananas contain somewhat abundantly, as do baked potatoes--with the skin), table salt can help with cramps. Depends on how much you're drinking and sweating.
