wondering what all is included in the kits...specifically, the spring. the one in my palm ratchet was rusty and decided to snap.

I have mine rebuilt by the guy on the truck. Free. He replaced the gear and spring on mine.

let the guy on the truck do it... i wont be trobled b/c they break so often.

The kit contains One Ball, One spring, One gear head, And an assorted amount of pauls. The suggestion for"Giving it to teh guy on the truck is the way to go. Usually they wont even rebuild it, they just swap it out with a new one and send the old one in. Unless your talking about an Air ratchet, but it doesnt sound like it

cool, thanks for the info. too bad there isn't a "track the Snap-On truck" feature on Snap-On's site.

Actually there should be a Way to Send it to them for replacement. Ill look at work see if i still have a Snap on dealers Card. If i do Ill shoot you the Info, hopefully they might be able to help
