Has anyone used it? Is it reasonably stiff? I can get one cheap (20 USD) and would use it for trials. My other choice is a Surly 1x1 fork for 30 brand new. Which one is stiffer and better for trials? Thanks

I have one on my hard tail and enjoy it.

My ht is used for djing, urban and xc riding. Only ****ty thing is that my bb height is lower, which sucks for xc riding, I am always hitting stuff with my pedals. I have to watch my pedal locations now, 9 and 6 postion.

I am 210 lbs with no real issues with the fork yet.

Calma, yours is the KJF (kona jump fork) The fork in question is the P2 fork. KJF forks were for the "scrap" steel frame a few years back that was designed for a ridgid fork.

An other guy at the store has one on his XC bike, he's a big guy and has had no problems with his fork at all. And likes to do the odd trials move here and there. I believe the P2 fork is as long as a suspension fork so the geo is all out of wack.
