Where did you find Korean Fried Chicken?
The folks who live behind me are Korean. I cut their lawn for them.
Yes... Wet with sauce, but crispy skinned as they double cook it. The cooker looks like a tiny electric egg. the top weighs 20lbs. Very cool. I returned the dishes from last night and they gave me a box of rice balls in a sweet honey srachi sauce. I like the spicy sweet sauce they put on most everything. Quite impressive....
Skimmed the thread, looks like house pet
They take a cut of meat called flap steak and marinate it in BBQ sauce. They then sear the slabs until crispy in what looks like a upside down wok. It was so awesome. I call the old lady Mom and she loves me. They are the nicest neighbors I have ever had...
