Well, to an extent it's all speech and words, but the point is that some words are way more loaded than others, and the context is key. Using this word, in this way, exposes a core belief that black people are somehow less than human, that purely by virture of being black they are worthless. I mean, all he keeps saying is "He's a ******!" as if nothing more neeeds to be said.
