Hi!

My 2015 KS Lev Integra have developed a fault, when extended it stops at 115mm, I can lift it the remaining 10mm, when releasing, it gets sucked down to 115mm. If I pull it upp to 125mm with the lever pushed in and releases the lever and saddle it stays at 125mm but when weight is put on the saddle it goes down to 115mm again. 150 psi in the chamber.

Anyone had this problem, can I fix it myself or is it warranty?

Yes, my one purchased on 6 June, and also find the same problem as yours...
And very strange that they haven't have service center I n Hong Kong, need to send to Taiwan and wait for 1 months for repair.

I think service of rockshock is better than ks in Hong Kong.

Time for a new cartridge.
My friend and I just replaced these on both our 1yr old posts, with mine having your symptoms.
It's under warranty, though I just bought a new cartridge and will be warrantying my original so I have a spare.
