I believe that CA gets their power from several other states, at least that was my impression from the Enron days of selling electrical power across state lines. What would be funny is if LA said "ok, we'll get our power from NV instead, so AZ, enjoy not receiving our x billion dollars..."

You have listed a bunch of questions about proof of Obama's official documents. I am not going to spend time finding these documents for your examination, and you are too lazy or stupid to try to find proof for your edification.
So you have unanswered questions that the average person either does not care or has no access to.
