amazed how evil is going to finance the warranty replacement program; replacing every broken bit w/ complete carbon framesets? granted, total units is probably not that high, but where's their revenue coming from currently?

Very nice! That certainly shows what happened to Bryceland. Bad news: Flats didn't keep his feet on the pedals. Good News: Flats allowed him to eject over the bars instead of faceplanting off the drop!
