Just got a new pair of MTB shoes w/ Large Cleats for Front of Shoes, I never used them on any other previous shoes. Just wondering what other riders are doing. I ride in Northern VT mostly all mountain riding, Dirt Single track, mud, roots and the occasional rocks.

They are used primarily in really muddy conditions.
