I'm 90% sure that you have to order something that they can make in the prison. I forget where I read that...but I did. Or I'm making it up.

That's why you don't see seared foie gras with truffle oil as a last meal...or lobster, for that matter.

How about king crab, lobster and instead of the fried belt maybe a big as* rib steak and some jerk chicken with a huge fresh salad and for desert a dark chocholate fondu with fruit and cookies to dip with a huge pot of jamaican blue mountain coffee.
