Anybody on here a lawyer or know of a lawyer who deals with tenant landlord/rental issues?
Heres my scenario. We are moving out of my apt, turned in the 30 day notice on the 5th of December but my landlord wants to charge us up to the 15th of January because we technically didnt turn in the 30 day notice on the 1st. Is he allowed to do this?
