Back at work after a 5 day trip to Iceland. The little woman and I had a great time. Iceland has it all glaciers, geysers, water falls, volcanos, lava. Its just an amazing place to visit.

Afternoon. Home from 5 days on Lake Ontario with the family. We are really blessed to have such a beautiful place to camp. Blueberry pies were a hit and much fun was had. Also managed to play some cornhole and relax a little despite one night of heavy rain and a morning of winds. Today, weeding and catching up on emails for work.
loving my new trainer. it's an ass kicker. Just need to figure out how to get the most out of it. Not in love with fulgaz but it has its merits.

It's an Elite Suito, so a direct drive unit. Seems to be fairly comparable to a Kickr Core or low end Tacx. I have some issues with it, but i've only been on it twice with the same app, so I need to screw around a bit
