Her son who is developmentally disabled could not operate the machine. I did not have the patience to walk him through the process over the phone. I am ok being the asshole...

The cast part holding the main bearing cracked and made a loud scraping noise when in operation. It still washed clothes. It smelled like burning rubber when in operation also. By the time I figured out how to get the back off, I just said fuck it. It was a Maytag. I had no idea as to what I was doing simply.
