I know the bike industry has long ones often. In summer, school furniture goes from 6 - 8 weeks. People still just ask and ask how soon I can get it done. This summer is killing me.

We don't make that one.
Our leadtime is pretty consistant reguardless of season, our orders on the other hand have dropped off for some reason. It's a completely different industry though. Our lead time is 8 weeks, fortunately we've got the guys who are willing to work overtime when big orders come in and our purchasing dept does a good job of getting parts in on time.
We've got one vendor out of New Zeland that makes fiberglass rod, leadtime is like a year so we've always got plenty on hand.
