In hell. Welcome!
I have a coupon for Leatt, always wanted a back protector for rowdy trail and DH days since my stupid back injury. This one looks kinda OK but I wonder how warm it is and how well it may play with other armor pieces.

I had my eye on that too, but it looks hot af.

If that is real orange 3DO foam, that stuff is also really stiff and uncomfortable under 60 degrees F, if you ride in colder temps.

My Klim moto jacket has 3DO and it’s only tolerable because I’ve generally got 2 layers between me and the foam, plus the moto gear is usually looser fit than current MTB gear generally.

Bought it, finally got it. It is a hefty piece of equipment, definitely good enough for moto application, but not too heavy. The protector is not from 3DO but from a few layers of red foam glued together with lots of venting holes. I have a 3DO back insert for a Klim jacket in a Camelback and this is clearly different. Will test if hot AF when weather and riding permits.

There's a bunch of stuff in the Leatt clearance section, clothing and protective gear.
