is that true that I can flip/reverse the plate at the back on them to lower the back part?

havent bought it yet, still deciding if the club worth an extra for more adjustment.

As far as I know the position of back plate does not have effect on the height of the rear member(?) but changes the distance between the plate and front member.
If you flip the back plate LB most probably won't be sitting on your chest and shoulders properly.
