Go to http://evergreenmtb.org/donate/buy_a_rock.php and buy a rock with your name on it. Your support will fund Colonnade improvements and maintenance. High on the list are:
- Re-build the box-car landing with a new berm and wall ride. The current one requires most riders to brake.
- Fix the car wreck damage at the top of "The Offramp" trail. A car overshot the Lakeview exit and piled into those big cottonwoods. The big log teeter and log ride were spared, but the trail above the pumptrack built by Mike Gore and his Eagle Scout team needs to be re-built.
- Improve the landing berm for the 3 small drops in the "Cluster Huck" drop zone.
- Build a wall ride on top of the berm at the bottom of the "Holy Chute"
- Build a beginner drop zone with longer run-up and run-out
- Improve the lips on the upper/easiest jump line -- they're still a little "lippy" for beginners
- Tell us what improvements you'd like to see.
Note: we received the thumbs up for the drainage improvement project grant from Seattle Dept of Neighborhoods NMF program... woo!hoo! We'll be signing a contract and starting up work in the next few weeks.
