Not for nothin but there is a reason Amish sees things the way he does. He lives in the friggin ghetto, and sees reality every day. Not like the rest of us who generally lob opinions about stuff we have no first hand knowledge of. I don't agree with everything he says or the way he delivers stuff, but his view on some subjects is more real than a bunch of middle class dudes from the suburbs who would be scared to drive a car down his street.

I already adressed that. Its cultural.

Cultures are not static. The best way to evolve a culture of condom non-usage and to create a social norm of condom usage is to consistently expose someone to messaging that condom use is normal, expected, and courteous and that not using a condom is dirty and disrespectful (edit - but feels SOOOooooo much better).
