Is it just me or does it look like they were going tubeless without any sealant? Inside of that tire looks awfully clean...DT Swiss
In my experience, tubeless and DH just don't mix. But that's just me.

the sealant may possible have been removed while doing an entire DH run on a bare rim.Is it just me or does it look like they were going tubeless without any sealant? Inside of that tire looks awfully clean...

Yes, I get that. Point is it looks really clean. There should be sealant everywhere on the rim and the frame too. Just sayin...the sealant may possible have been removed while doing an entire DH run on a bare rim.
are you saying....... SABOTAGE!?!?!?!?!?!?!Not on the rim, but on the inside of the tire. I can't imagine that tire ever had sealant in it.
SylentK might be on to something .... 'not gwinning' conspiracy?
This. Especially the rear tire.In my experience, tubeless and DH just don't mix. But that's just me.
that was just the remnants of the uncontrollable ejaculation of the crowd at gwin's ridingI hate to squash a good conspiracy theory but it looks a little moist around the valve stem hole and on the inside of side wall. They probably use way less sealant than most people in their tires to save grams because racing.
According to occam's razor, you're right.that was just the remnants of the uncontrollable ejaculation of the crowd at gwin's riding
he caught the rider in front of him and had to pull up for a bit.i missed the luca thing, can someone give me a tl;dr version?

I wouldn't of thought they'd do anything about it. Don't believe there's a rule that guarantees a clear runoh bummer. did he file a protest for a rerun with an official?

deliberate or not it's still an obstruction.Yup, but we're not saying that he was deliberately held up. Still sounds like a no-go. I'd take the "15s" in the Vital clip with a sizeable pinch of salt
I doubt that Loris, having just concussed himself, was not being sportsmanlike. Probably just didn't know wtf was going on.rule 4.1.034: A rider must act in a sporting manner at all times and must permit any faster rider to
overtake without obstructing.
so then how is the interpretation of the rule different than the peaty/brayton situation? because there was a course hold?Still goes down as "sh*t happens" imo and, assuming he raised it with the commissaire, the official's opinion too
and brayton wasn't being unsportsmanlike when he OTB'dI doubt that Loris, having just concussed himself, was not being sportsmanlike. Probably just didn't know wtf was going on.
