Breckenridge, CO yesterday overwhelmingly passed a measure to legalize the possession of up to 1 oz of marijuana for adults over 21 years of age. The measure passed by just over 70%.

Apparently state law there forbids anyone not registered for medicinal use to posess it, so it'll be curious to see how this pans out.

Only the following states allow dispensaries:
