My brother in law's best friend shot his hand off with a shotgun during a hunting safety course. Dropped his barrel into the mud and tried cleaning it out with one (now vaporized) hand while keeping the other hand on the trigger without the safety on.

I think society would be better off if they taught folks like that to lick barrels clean.

You'll excuse me if I'm a little disturbed by the thought of someone else telling a totally blind guy with a gun where to aim it and when to pull the trigger. Not that I'm totally against it, just my knee-jerk saying it's a bad idea

Just out of curiosity, if the blind guy shoots someone, is the helper the one tried for manslaughter? Or have we found some kind of loophole here, where the helper can only be tried for conspiracy?

I should think this will make hunting safer since one guy has to wait for another to declare the shot. The reason for the laser is so the spotter can verify and redirect.
