My back is healed and I am riding SS to get my fitness back.

Well,
After my little crash at SS I swore I would never ride again but 3 or 4 years and alot of beer says my gut has gotten to big to ignore. so back to the pedals so to speak. My back 100% and I am unemployed (sorta)
but I just bought a new single speed and all of a sudden I miss the old times so....
