Does "Actual" = effective?

horizontal is the horizontal distance from the top of the headtube to where it intersects the seat post. The actual is the distance from headtube to the top of the seat tube.

I just measured an 02 BigHit Comp Med. from the top front of the headtube to the middle of the seattube (Horizontal, correct?), and it is 22.6", same as an 03 Gemini Small.

So, I take it Gemini sizing is a little larger than most (top tube is streched more)?

Yea, it's a bit more stretched than the norm.
