Not really a local band...but saw Leftover Salmon at the Sierra Nevada brewery in Chico last night. Good show, great food and a beer or 6...

I have a serious aversion to jam bands, but I love these guys.

Vapors of Morphine have been playing Saturday nights at Atwoods Tavern in Cambridge Mass. Being a huge fan of Morphine, this was a really good take. Obviously, a new singer/bass player, but he does a great job. Their new stuff really blew me away too.
