Lock Tight on valve stem...

Ok do you think it would be ok to add some lock tight to the valve stems on my shock. Also I'm talking about the side of the stem that screws into the shock not the threads the pump attaches too. They come loose when I try to add air.

I think you need a new shock pump or a new shock, the valve assembly should stay screwed snugly into the valve stem as long as you tighten it down. I wouldn't put any loctite on it because I'd be afraid of little chunks of loctite contaminating my shock.

Yeah, thats kind of what I'm worried about. I just got the shock... used... but it's pretty much brand new. I haven't had much time to play with the valves yet. I need a second look but thanks for the help.
