Mountain Creek has some extremely nice condos, but they're very expensive. They're in the process of building a highrise hotel with a village area. As of right now though, there's no hotels on the resort grounds. There's a Days Inn in McAfee, NJ just a couple miles down the road from Mtn Creek. It's an ok hotel, no five stars of course, rates are around $60-70 a night. Check Hotels.com

There is a water park right next to the lift which is open next weekend but that may be the last weekend of the year with the water park.
Repack the only problem for a newbee at MC is that there are no trail maps but just ask the locals to show you around and we will show you the good stuff.

Thanks for the heads-up but I will be riding with others who have been there before. My gf lives in CT and it is looking more and more like we'll just day-trip it. We may even end up staying at the Hotel Grand Cherokee.
Mountain Creek is also building a village and highrise hotel. Hopefully the rates will be reasonable. I love that place, hopefully I'll be up there this weekend. Dominion is calling me...
Oh yeah, if you stay at the Days Inn, beware of the bears. They were snackin' on the garbage dumpster contents when I was last there.
