I heard syringes are good...but what kind do I get and where do I get the hose? can someone tell me in a nut shell how to do it, I have an ideabut not totally sure so yea....thanks!!!!

Check you pads. If they have any fluid on them, they are no good. Leaving them soaking in rubbing alcohol might help. Check the Hayes manual. Its very helpful. Bleeding Hayes seems to be one of those things where everyone has theor own favorite technique. The best advice I can offer is to just follow the manual.
Here's my tip: When you are done, close the bleed nut at the caliper, and clean the whole thing up w/ alcohol. Put the pads back in, put the wheel back on, then slide a credit card between the rotor and pad. This will force the pistons all the way back in and hold them there. You should still have the catch bottle at the lever. Pushing the pistone in will force out some fluid. Now just put the screw back in the lever. Doing this will give you the best modulation, and is a good way to get rid of some rubs.
