hey im going to NY and i wanna know if anyone know any nice rideing spots on Long Island urban trails w/e its all gravey to me....

oh, if you are looking for urban, there's always NEW YORK CITY. I hear it has a few roads and stuff.

CT rocks as well!! If you can get to the coastline there is Westwoods, Bluff Point, Tyler Mill etc. Go here for more info - http://www.bikerag.com and then click on the CT trail reviews/maps.
just going up to visit family so i figured id bring my bike im hitting up the city next saturday and hopfuly ill find some nice places in Nassau county to keep me busy..
