At work (well before I quit last week) we used to haze the new guys by changing their computer wallpaper to random Hasselhoff photos if they walked out w/o locking their computer. Not locking computer = mucho serious security violation so the manager even thought it was cool.
That dog one was used a few times, as well as the following:
