how are you going to pause/record while riding?
you need the video input to the camera, and a lenc port?
i have one from www.helmetcamera.com
very fun to use. but i had to shell out more cash for a camera that had both those options.
i've had mine for about 4months now, if you have any questions, just ask. i'd be happy to help.

DHS: i am going to have to just take my camera out and hit the pause and play button, but i usually dont stop while. so i felt i could save about $100 and not get a camera lanc port and then save another $60 and not have to buy the remote

Flatulant: it hooks into an AV input in the camera and also a battery pack, so it records onto a tape
