Hi All,

I've been scouring the internet for a small media PC for our living room. I have an older HP HTPC thats been limping a long for a year or so and we're past due for a new one.

I really like the Lenovo Q series but I've heard bad things about the Atom chips not being able to preform. I really like their Q700 series but it doesn't seem to be readily available for some reason, also they don't come with a Blueray player which is something I would really like to have.

Here's a quick list of my needs:
Fast enough to process HD home movies (my older 1gig RAM PC can't)
Play videos, music, and pics from my home NAS drives
Blueray Player
Small form factor


Anybody have any suggestions on similar computers?

I've been running the Mac Mini. No Bluray and a PC to Mac conversion makes it look like a bad choice for you, but I can throw feedback your way if interested. In my search process, I found a few interesting options on Tigerdirect.com, have you checked them out?

I have looked through their site a bit but nothing jumped out at me. And yes, I have up till now and would like to continue to stay away from Apple.
