I know this probably belongs in the B&S forums, but I'm looking to reach out quickly.
I'm looking for a used XC rig, hardtail or short-travel XC, in the Santa Barbara or LA areas. I'm actually in Oregon, but my SB buddy wants some help finding a bike...
Best possible specs would be:
-$1100 or less
-Medium or large frame, preferably steel
-LX/XT or above componentry (9 speed), or SRAM X.7/X.9
-Disc brakes, or at least tabs
-4 inch travel fork
It doesn't have to be the newest bike, but must be 9 speed. No dings or dents, but well used bikes are welcome.
