I never understood the need for public argument.
I have had my share of infighting, but at some point, if something really bothered me, I sent a private message telling the other person how I felt.
One thing we all have to recognize is that this is the internet, and I am much more prickly here than I am in real life.
I got into a huge argument with one RMer, and I was steaming. Funny enough though, he and I both went to the same event in Downieville, and my adversary realized who I was as he drove home.
We've been friends ever since, and we also have never had the same kind of vicious argument again.
I think people here need to relax. I have met several RMers, and all of them are very nice people.

I always liked LO, but I have to reserve judgment since I wasn't there. Maybe this will all blow over like so much of the drama around here.

I miss having LO around as well. I can kinda see why he did what he did. Once LO was tagged as "Mother Hen" he seemed to be getting dumped on quite a bit. Geez even old Loco got tired of "Loco Sucks" (of course he was banned too....). See ya around LO.

I would please like you to find an instance of a contributing member being banned without getting at least two warnings and typically several deleted posts and a probationary ban first... or, really, any instance of those rules where it wasn't extreme, repetitive and harassing.

I agree. We post some pretty crazy and funny ****e sometimes. However there's no reason to post homophobic racist crap or bash people. At least don't make a habit of it. A joke is only funny a couple of times then it's just asshattery.

I would consider multiple deleted NSFW posts and removed avatars to be a "warning" but I suppose some people need it spelled out for them.
