ok and im not talking about lowering the 130mm to 100mm with the included spacers that are inside the fork from fox. I want to lower the 2005 fork to 80mm. I called fox and they said that b/c there are springs in both legs you cannot lower the fork lower than 100mm. so i was wondering if anyone has done this to a 2005. this question does not apply to a 2004 since those can be lowered with included fox spacers and have different internal setups.
Any input would be great - im assuming if it can be done there will have to be some cutting of the springs?
