THere are rebuild/tech instructions and pictures on the fox site.

To lower the float as well as just about any single chamber air fork, you simply need to put a spacer under the air piston (where the top-out spring is) of the length that you want the fork lowered.

You will need a few 20mm spacers one new compression washer, at least a pillow pack of float fluid and 7wt fork oil before you start.

The job is pretty straight forward, since you only have to take the disc side apart.
