Healing vibes going out to Clinton Fowler. He broke his arm/wrist during Sunday morning practice for the Garbo Enduro on the optional rock roll in In Deep.

A few weeks ago I came down that rock roll and got bucked at the bottom. The bottom was sooo blown out. I came down on my ribs and am still hurtin'. Clinton, I hope you are ok buddy. Healing vibes.
Ugh...drizzly fog bank...that gives me flashbacks to last year when you popped out on that ski slope and had waterbars, random holes, and big rocks going plaid speed. Not to mention that in my race run I couldn't see 15 feet infront of me....but I survived...kinda...
As for breaking something on my body up there...yeah. I choose unconscious.
