Drinks: raspberry marguerita:

lime juice, tequila, raspberry liqueur and pureed raspberries.



Starter: bison carpaccio

peppercorn crusted Alberta bison with violet mustard emulsion, shaved chevre noir cheese and watercress salad.



My Main: braised beef sandwich

braised beef short ribs meat with roasted garlic on toasted sourdough with caramelized onion and spinach salad.



Other Main: shrimp tartine

sauteed shrimp with sautéed spinach and double smoked bacon on toasted baguette with sauce bernaise.



Dessert: five sins

a tasting of five distinct chocolates. white Cuba and Tanzania bean, black cocoa, served with a brandy chocolate sauce.

R that is one hell of a lunch! I think I had a leftover turkey burger with avacado. Not nearly as exotic.
