Is therer some trick to switching the lens on m-frames? I just gat a pair and can't seem to find any instructions on how to do it. Do I just pop them out. They seem to be in there pretty good and I don't just want to force it. Thanks.

Yeah, just force it. You'll hear it pop into place.

Stick one end in the notch, then place the top of the lens in the frame's 'slot' and work your way across towards the other notch, then push really hard and that other end of the lens will pop into the notch. To remove, use the bag and pinch the lens above the bridge and just pull it out.
