weigh 85 kg - 187lbs with gear run 350 spring, shock has been to tftuned shox for service and valving. Well worth the money since the shock don't blow through any more.
Im about 185 with gear on. I currently have a 300lb spring on it, I have a spare 400lb spring and cant decide if I should toss that on it or not. It feels good but I wouldnt mind it being a bit more active.
