There appears to be a serious issue with the newly released QuickTime 7.2 update. Apparently, it breaks Rosetta apps on Intel Macs, keeping them from launching or causing crashes.

This would include Office and CS2 apps.

There will probably be a fix forthcoming, but for now, you might want to hold off, lest you lose the ability to work.

FYI.

I don't use CS2. Or 3. Or a Mac.

Or Windows.

Gimp on Ubuntu.

Good.

Free.

STABLE.

Ok, first, CS is NOT JUST PhotoShop. So that's a pointless comparison.

Second, PhotoShop destroys Gimp, so "good" is meaningless. As for "Stable", I cannot remember the last time PhotoShop gave me even the slightest issue.

As for "Free", over the life of various projects, the cost of Photoshop is also meaningless.

Don't be a dick.

I said "good" and not "best". I know Gimp is not a full replacement to Photoshop. It's damn good though.

There are couple other "good" graphics apps in Ubuntu also.

Here's all the supported packages:

You made a dumb comparison dude. Don't get mad at me for pointing it out.
Uh...right. I made NO comparison at all.

Re-read the post. I said what I don't use and what I do use. I made a simple assessment of Gimp a being "good". Any comparisons were your interpretations Mr. CS3Defender.

I'm always mad BTW.
