What software is easiest/best to use? Wifey has the full Adobe Illustrator suite, so I'm assuming I can use that.

Hand in hand with my goal to do an endurance race, I want to track my weight loss via image. I will be taking a picture every Monday as I go along and want to mash it up into a GIF.

Just trying to figure out how to do it.

You can do it in photoshop -> animation panel, but maybe it's better as a movie - imovie should be able to do it for you.

easiest/best to use? Def not Photoshop. Unfortunately, that's all I know and haven't tried any other Gif specific applications.
